We cannot tell you hoe long. It goes by the laws of credit and continue until you are finished. Some are finished much faster than others. If you follow the instruction letter it will go faster.

Do I pay the bill collectors?

Do I make any deals with my creditor?

Can I obtain a mortgage during the process?
When we see all of the charge offs are removed, then we will refer you, not before.

If I receive something minor from the credit bureau do I still mail it?
Even if it is a post card, mail it.

When will we be able to apply for a new creditcard?
We will let you know in writing, when all is cleared you will know as well.

If I move, Do I call you to let you know?
When you move, kindly put this in writing to us.

I have paid everything off, do I still need your service? (0 balance poor rating)
Even if you paid your bills, you still have a poor rating that needs to be disputed.

They say all negative ratings stay on a report for 7 years. is this true?
This is only one law, the other one is under Section 611. In my book each dispute is 30 days which also accounts can be removed.
